Too Many Titles Here
First of all, I want to thank all my awesome friends for the awesome steamboat dinner. Had a really awesome night and also for the bubble tea.
Next up is the announcement that I have returned from Australia. I had a very enjoyable time there. Following is a summary of my journey there.
Before departing, 9.30pm flight. Family ate KFC for dinner. Board aeroplane. 7hours flight I watched 7hours of movie. That was the second time I did not sleep for more than 24hours.
Day 1 - Arrived at 8.00 am. The weather was nice. Somewhere between 13-20c. Went to apartment on Room 281, 183 City Road. Apartment with 3 rooms and 2 toilets. And there was 8 of us. Settled down and we went to eat brunch. My brother brought us to eat siew lap rice(figure it out yourself). I had a roasted pork + rice. The portion of rice there is like double of what you normally get here. So I was super enjoying it. After that shopping. Something happened in between which left me walking for a long long long long long long time and didn't even reach a shopping place. I walked more than what I walk in November in just one day. Leg pain.
Day 2 - Had a very nice guai lou style breakfast. Once again I have to mention the portion of the food. It's at least double of what you can get in M'sia. Walked around, took pictures, then Very smartly gave my mother a spare shirt of mine. So I didn't need to go for shopping. Spent most of the day playing Wii. Got like 6 new shirts. Dinner at Crown. I had a bentoh which is super duper nice. And then we took a walk. Watch some 8 pillars spewing fire show. Kinda nice. Walked a bit more, watch a christmas presentation, then went back to apartment. Played Wii boxing and bowling. Leg still hurting.
Day 3 - Went to Phillip Island. Long journey. Ate at Rusty Waters. Watched some wildlife, and watched some 30cm tall penguins going home from the sea. Some sea bird preying there. Those little penguins are really cute. Also watched the moon rise. Yes. Not sunset nor sunrise. But watching the moon rise up. It was so cool.
Day 4 - Went to St. Kilda Beach. Ate at a Mart Shop at one of the traM stop. Walked along the beach. Saw people sunbathing. Some of them are like 42 inch TV(you'll understand it if you understand it, if not too bad la). Took pictures. Ate instant noodles in the apartment. Whole family played Wii bowling together. Some how my father tapau us all.
Day 5 - My brother's graduation ceremony. Went to Melbourne Uni. Took pictures here and there. And the ceremony begins. Good thing there isn't enough ticket for me to go in. Super boring inside. Me along with my second brother and his wife went to Lygon Street for gelato. Ice-creams. What more can one ask for. Dinner at the first siew lap shop and then it's off to the airport. 1.10 am flight.
All in all, I had a great time there. Even though it's summer the weather is still quite cool.
